5-ways to wellbeing is a well-established, well researched approach to promoting mental wellbeing. This practical experiential workshop will explore the 5-ways and help you to consider how you might make them live in your own life to support your own wellbeing.
You will consider why it might be important to apply them in your own life. You will also learn how the 5-ways might be used to help you structure your support of others.
Who is this course designed for?
This course is suitable for people struggling with their wellbeing who want to develop practical ways of managing their health and developing personal resilience. This course would also help people working with others to look at alternative methods of support to the more traditional ‘talking therapies’.
This course is not suitable as an alternative to a structured mental health treatment programme.
