Social Justice is at the heart of what I believe.  I believe in our common humanity, that all human beings are equal in dignity and value.

I work hard in designing and delivery training to include everyone regardless of privilege or struggle, to see what’s getting in the way of engagement and deal with it so they can make the most of the training experience.

It’s something about an abiding belief that there is a true value in practicing, and enabling other people to practice, respectful and reflective ways of being with ourselves and each other.

The thing that drives me is a passionate belief in social justice and a determination to make a dent in the hideous health inequalities we see in every area we work in.

We do what we do because we believe people deserve chances and opportunities to thrive
