IntroductionArtboard 70

This course has been designed for individuals who are currently at or wish to progress to management or team leadership roles in health, social care and related fields. It will help you manage people who work or volunteer with vulnerable adults or young people.

Updated for 2019, this highly interactive, experiential one day workshop aims to give you practical tools to identify, develop, apply and evaluate the resources within a given team. With brief signposting to underpinning theory and research, the course is immersive and challenging so you will engage in activities that provide material for discovery, practice and reflection. You will feel inspired, conjure fresh ideas to apply in your team and, perhaps, be catalytic in moving your team on to a new level.
