Blended Training

The use of multiple methods to deliver training, combining face-to-face, classroom-based interactions with online elements

Blended approaches to learning use multiple methods to deliver training, combining face-to-face, classroom-based interactions with online elements.

The specific balance between the classroom elements and the amount of online learning depends on customer and learner needs. This flexibility enables us to consider with you where and how to focus learning, better to meet the demands of both the learner’s availability/access to learning and of their organisation’s demands.

One example is to have the knowledge elements based largely online and the skills elements delivered face-to-face. Another example is the ‘flipped classroom’ where there’s an aspect of learning carried out online in preparation for further deepening activities in the classroom.

Sounds like something you, your team or your organisation would benefit from?

Contact Waypoint today to discuss your needs.
